I’m going to be a book reviewer!

So while working on my senior thesis for my bachelor’s degree, I discovered a website called Mythlore. This website is really cool, let me tell you. “Mythlore is a scholarly, peer-reviewed journal published by the Mythopoeic Society that focuses on the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, Charles Williams, and the genres of myth and fantasy.”

Best part is, I am going to review a book or two for them. Maybe they will even get published if good enough, although I seriously doubt they pay people to review books. However, I get to keep whatever books I review and I get my name out there.

This opportunity may push my career forward and be a great confidence boost for starting…wait for it…GRAD SCHOOL!! I was accepted to San Francisco State University for their English Literature MA program. I’m quite excited.

I know this was short, but who really has the patience to read a big long blog from some silly 21-year-old? Am I right?
